About Me...
I began my wellness journey in my late teens, but it was when I was 21 that I knew I wanted to make a career out of it.
Since graduating from Sutherland Chan in 2002, I have taken many more courses to enhance my career and offerings. These include NISA, Anatomy Trains, Cupping, TMJ, Advanced Cervical Techniques, Therastone, Certified Yoga Teacher, NKT and more.
I have a keen interest in treating myofascial restrictions, postural dysfunctions, sports injuries, and anything to do with the neck.
I want to get you to a better place. If you are restricted in mobility, I will do my best to figure out where the restriction is coming from, and aim to not just treat the symptoms. It is my job to have you leave my treatment room with a better understanding of what is going on with your body, and tools to take home with you.
